The SKILL.md provides good coverage of when and how to use the skill, with a clean separation of guidelines into referenced example files. The structure is excellent - concise overview with details delegated to appropriate files. However, novelty is moderate as internal communication writing is a common use case that a CLI agent could handle reasonably well without this skill, though the company-specific formatting guidance does add value. The description is clear enough for invocation, and the referenced example files are assumed to contain adequate task knowledge for each communication type.
